According to Marc Spears, Timberwolves C Miller set to retire after season

According to a tweet Marc Spears of Yahoo! Sports, Minnesota Timberwolves center Brad Miller is set to retire after the completion of the 2011-2012 NBA season. Miller has appeared in just seven games for Minnesota this season, averaging 1.1 points, 0.6 rebounds and 0.7 assists in 6.1 minutes per game.

A 14-year veteran, the 35 year old Miller was a two-time NBA All-Star with the Sacramento Kings. Miller made his name in the NBA as one of the best high-post big men in the league, thriving in head coach Rick Adelman's high post offense, as he was both a capable passer and a decent three-point shooter for a center (32.7%).

In 860 career games, Miller averaged 11.3 points, 7.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists on 48.1% shooting.

Miller played for the Hornets, Bulls, Pacers, Kings, Rockets and Timberwolves.
